April Haberman is a dedicated wellness advocate and workplace consultant with a diverse background in sales and marketing, administration, public speaking, training and development, fundraising, event planning, and curriculum design. With over a decade of experience, April has specialized in advancing women's health and well-being through leadership, advocacy, and strategic program development. Her expertise includes workplace initiatives that create inclusive, supportive environments for employees navigating life transitions such as menopause.
April represents the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for the ASSP Standards Development, shaping domestic and global workplace guidelines for menstrual and menopause health. She is also an active member of the Women's Global Health Seattle Advisory Panel, championing equitable health initiatives and gender-balanced leadership in the global health sector. Her contributions have been recognized with awards like the 2015 Ruby Award from Soroptimist International and the Young Mother of the Year Award for Washington State from American Mothers, reflecting her exceptional commitment to supporting women and girls.

As a co-founder of both a for profit and nonprofit organization, April has designed and led impactful workshops, camps, and retreats that foster personal growth and empowerment. She combines her extensive professional experience with a compassionate approach to drive meaningful change, helping organizations and individuals embrace wellness, resilience, and innovation.
